Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 1112bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 1112bet website, completing the 1112bet Login process, registering an account, making a deposit, placing any bet, or using any feature or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1112bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1112bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. However, it remains your obligation to review this page for updates. The date of the most recent revision is clearly displayed at the top of this document.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 1112bet is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 1112bet operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. If you are under 18 years old, you are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the 1112bet platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 1112bet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Own Funds: You must only play with funds that belong to you and that have not been obtained through unlawful means. Playing with funds belonging to another person without their explicit written consent is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order at the time of accessing the platform.

1112bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 1112bet's services — including casino games, cricket betting markets, slots, and the payment cashier — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration on 1112bet is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1112bet Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• Unauthorised Access: If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 1112bet support immediately at [email protected]. 1112bet will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): 1112bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — before a withdrawal can be processed or at any time 1112bet deems appropriate.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
• Account Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to [email protected] promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1112bet supports a comprehensive range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on 1112bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the 1112bet platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing times.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are completed within 1–24 hours on standard business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 1112bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• KYC Before Withdrawal: 1112bet reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.
• Currency: All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances on 1112bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 1112bet does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Bonuses & Promotions

1112bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳15,000. The qualifying minimum deposit is ৳1,000.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus must be wagered ৳125,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within 30 days of being credited to an account will expire and be removed without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, and per IP address. 1112bet reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from accounts where abuse is suspected.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Blackjack and Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by 1112bet — will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings being forfeited, and the account being subject to suspension.

1112bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The specific terms and conditions of each promotion take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on 1112bet are governed by their respective rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all game types and betting markets on the platform.

• Fair Play: All casino games on 1112bet use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player or by 1112bet.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation from the platform. 1112bet is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting market interface and may vary by game type, player level, and promotion.
• Voided Bets: 1112bet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the bet clearly falls outside the intended parameters of the market. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake value.
• Sports Betting Results: All sports betting results — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, and kabaddi markets — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, 1112bet's decision shall be final.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection mid-hand or mid-spin — 1112bet will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1112bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits, or providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using 1112bet for the purpose of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to review and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market — including through the sharing of account credentials or coordinated betting strategies.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any error, malfunction, or misconfiguration in any game, betting market, or promotional offer. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are subject to forfeiture.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile payment provider without first raising the issue with 1112bet support. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and accounts will be closed accordingly.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to 1112bet by any person under the age of 18, including sharing login credentials with a minor.

Account Suspension & Closure

1112bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Registration by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Voluntary request by the account holder (self-exclusion or account closure request).
• Inactivity — accounts that have recorded no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to dormancy fees or closure after written notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at 1112bet's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be applied for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.
